MASS MEDIA CONSTANT (a Protagonist Records release) is a 21st century drum n’ bass odyssey for the networked generation. By drawing influence from such sources as LTJ Bukem, Photek, BT, Pendulum, and The Sims, zircon ensures no two tracks sound alike. His signature electro-organic style, developed over the course of four previous breakbeat and trance albums, has morphed and evolved with the fast tempos and scintillating colors found throughout this album.
As you listen, imagine a scene conceived by the artist during the album’s creation – walking through a super-stylized version of Times Square at midnight on a Saturday, looking at all the billboards, bathing in neon light, hearing music coming from bars and restaurants, and watching cars and buses fly by.

Hey, Your music is awesome! ive played a lot of video games in my life and i just love the style of music. Whether its from people of the north from ffX or ur typical drum n bass fighter select screen. haha ive been using fruitly loops for a while and most of the music that i end up making everyone says it should be in a video game lol. I also use to play the drums so i have some sort of an ear for music. Ive been watching a lot of ur tutorials online. im trying to be able to gain knowledge of how everything works so my creativity cant be limited. o and i picked up alberton live with the apc40 its pretty cool. i just need a new external sound card. neway i was wondering if ud be intrested in doing a remix of people of the north with a nice phat beat, not to fast, prob like star trails. just a thought. neway, its been a pleasure listening to u and i look forward to for new music. i just bought the Mass media constant ablum.
