I just started out in the game industry as a composer and I was wondering if you could advise me on music programs to use. I am currently using cubase, logic and I am thinking of trying out FL studio. Do you do all your music in FL studio?

Hey Sharon, check my ‘About’ page for a list of what gear I personally use (and recommend.) Regarding your main DAW though, I would use whatever you’re comfortable with. Don’t switch from Cubase or Logic to FL if you like those other programs. Pick your favorite, stick with it and learn it well!

Worry not Andrew, I still listen to you on your advise…and yes I am still trying to make my own…I still suck badly at it though even when busy on my designs…and I hope that my game will rock…not to mention to see where I put that song of your at. I’m loving the version of “Star Trails” with the added strings in the downtempo montage; are you planning on doing anything with that, or is it just a one-off?
